Mr. Zuo Zonsen, chairman of the board of directors of the group, attended the meeting. The first person in charge, general manager and relevant senior management teams of 58 appraisal subjects including Zonsen Power, Zonsen Locomotive, Internet, Jiangsu Zonsen Management and Control Platform and subordinate companies of the group attended the meeting. Group CEO Hu Xianyuan delivered a speech, group operations and management vice president Chen Gang presided over the ceremony.

It is understood that the preparation of the 2022 performance target book was personally deployed by the left chairman of the board of directors of the group, optimizing the overall framework and content of the target book, and making specific requirements for the short board, index system, key work, hierarchical and classified incentive and assessment of each company. After each company is revised one by one in accordance with the instructions of the chairman, it is reviewed by the board of directors, the board of supervisors, the platform companies of each company, and the group assessment committee to approve the revision and finalization.

Subsequently, the person in charge of each platform company signed the performance target letter with the subordinate company and took an oath, and the group CEO signed the performance target letter with the direct management company and took an oath. Each company will unveil the 2022 target responsibility one by one, receive the 2022 crucial task, and do a good job in the 2022 "development answer sheet".

Chairman Zonsen left made an important speech. He said that this year is the second year of the implementation of the "14th Five-Year Plan" strategic plan of Zonsen Group. Under the background of great changes unseen in a century, the external development environment of the enterprise is not clear and the development situation is not optimistic. Zonsen people have to redouble their efforts to deal with it. We should adhere to the concept of "the only thing is fine, the only thing is new", and do all kinds of work in place and in practice. This is one of them. Second, this year is the second year for us to implement target performance management. All work should be further deepened. We should implement the performance orientation of all employees and encourage all employees in place. We should properly handle the relationship between organizational performance, personal performance, functional performance and business performance, clarify the work and weight of all aspects, optimize the nuclear authority, improve efficiency, control risks, and continue to carry out all work in an orderly manner. Third, after each company is required to sign the performance target responsibility letter, the management team should go back to decompose layer by layer and clearly divide it. The content of the performance target letter must be solid, the incentive measures must be refined, and some important indicators must be managed well, such as salary package, expenses, various work promotion plans, etc. Fourth, it is necessary to grasp the landing of key tasks in strategic planning. When each company prepared the "14th Five-Year Plan" strategic plan last year, each company reflected on its own shortcomings. This year, efforts should be made to make up for such shortcomings so that the company can improve step by step. Fifth, today's signing ceremony is very ceremonial, and everyone has made a solemn commitment that each management team should redouble its efforts to "benchmark against the table" one by one in actual work and complete all the work of the performance target book.
