Building Dreams with Unity for the “15th Five-Year Plan,” Advancing the Future in Harmonious Resonance —Zonsen Group’s Employee Choral Competition Concludes Successfully

In this pivotal opening year of the “15th Five-Year Plan,” to promote the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, and to unite the workforce in a common endeavor, the 2026 May Employee Choral Competition—organized by the Group’s Corporate Culture Department, hosted by the Group Labor Union, and undertaken by Zonsen Power—was grandly held on the afternoon of May 21 in the multi-function hall of the Employee Center. Thirteen choral teams and more than 1,000 employees gathered together, offering praise to labor through song and paying tribute to the era through melody.

Zuo Zongshen, Chairman of the Board of Zonsen Group; Yuan Dexiu, Honorary Chairman of the Group Labor Union; Zuo Ying, Assistant to the Chairman; Hu Xianyuan, Executive President; Li Yao, Executive Vice President and Chairman of Loncin Motor; along with other Group leaders and leaders of the participating teams, attended the event.

At the opening ceremony, Liang Hua, Chairman of the Group Labor Union, delivered remarks. On behalf of the Group Labor Union, he extended a warm welcome and sincere appreciation to Chairman Zuo, Ms. Yuan, and all employees in attendance. He reviewed the Group’s remarkable achievements in recent years, including numerous industry-leading accomplishments and national-level honors in technological innovation, market expansion, and brand development. He called on all Zonsen employees to focus on the goals of “continuous optimization of operations, upgrading of management systems, and breakthroughs in incremental business,” to base themselves in their posts, regard the factory as their home, pursue lean production, and drive innovation and creation, jointly advancing toward the goals of the “15th Five-Year Plan.”

 

 

At the competition venue, the 13 participating teams took the stage in succession with commanding presence. The required piece, Song of Zonsen, and a variety of carefully selected optional repertoires complemented one another. Through diverse forms such as chorus, medley, and suite, the performances integrated sentiments of national commitment, corporate responsibility, and the original aspiration of striving into powerful musical expression.

Song of Zonsen served as the shared melodic foundation for all employees, while the thoughtfully crafted selections of the thirteen teams burned like thirteen vivid flames, igniting the passion for progress in the opening year of the “15th Five-Year Plan.” The Zonsen Components Team presented Forging a Glorious Chapter in Praise of Zonsen, expressing the dedication of industrial workers to meticulous craftsmanship and enduring purpose. The Zonsen Motorcycle “Dream-Chasing” Team delivered the powerful Battle Song of a Strong Army, conveying bold determination and a spirit of striving for excellence. The Internet Platform Joint Team performed We Are All Dream Chasers, showcasing the dynamic energy of youth pursuing innovation in the digital and intelligent era. The Zonsen Dajiang Team’s United Toward Zonsen, Advancing in a New Era brought together collective strength in a stirring tribute to progress. The Zonsen Engine Team’s Harnessing Zonsen’s Strength to Build a Beautiful China closely linked green power with the vision of a beautiful China. The Loncin Engine Team’s Pursuing Dreams on a New Journey, Precision Crafting Zonsen infused the spirit of excellence into every detail of craftsmanship. The Zonsen Power Joint Team’s Charming Zonsen, Youthful Power radiated vitality and vigor. The Loncin Motorcycle Team presented a grand medley of Defend the Yellow River and The East Is Red, revisiting moments of history and embodying the resilience of national industry. The Zonsen Motorcycle Cyclone Team’s Dragon Scales of Heaven and Earth stirred cultural confidence and aspirations for national rejuvenation. The Zonsen General Machinery Team sang Our Team Marches Toward the Sun, reflecting steadfast progress toward a brighter future. The Loncin General Machinery Team’s Riding the Wind and Waves, Toward the Sun expressed fearless determination in pursuing light and progress. The Loncin Components Team’s Walking Together, A Bright Path Ahead conveyed deep camaraderie and shared purpose. The Loncin Motor Platform Joint Team’s Let Us Sing the Song of Labor paid the highest tribute to every ordinary yet great laborer.

Within these songs resided sincerity in serving the nation through industry, persistence in precision manufacturing, boldness in pursuing digital innovation, and strength in unity. Together, they formed a powerful overture for Zonsen employees advancing toward the “15th Five-Year Plan,” declaring that when every act of craftsmanship finds resonance, and every dream merges into the symphony of the times, Zonsen’s future will move forward with strength, stability, and enduring progress.

The choral competition concluded successfully. It was not only a deeply moving artistic experience, but also a vivid spiritual inspiration, injecting strong momentum into the opening year of the “15th Five-Year Plan.” The award-winning teams are as follows:
