Mr. Zuo Zongshen was Member of the National Committee of the 11th and 12th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Member of the Standing Committee of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce and Vice-chairman of Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce.
Mr. Zuo Zongshen is Chairman of China Chamber of Commerce for Motorcycle, President of Motorcycle Branch, China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, President of Chongqing Branch, Alliance of Industrial Internet, Deputy to the People’s Congress of Chongqing, Counselor of Chongqing Municipal People's Government, Member of the Standing Committee, Chongqing Committee of China National Democratic Construction Association.
Mr. Zuo Zongshen attended the symposium on private enterprises presided by President Xi Jinpin as the only representative of private enterprises from Chongqing on Nov 1, 2018.

◎ June 1969-April 1975,worked as an educated youth at Guangming Village, Degan Town, Jiangjin District, Chongqing;
◎ May 1975-April 1979,worker at Chongqing Porcelain Factory;
◎ November 1982-October 1992,established a motorcycle repair shop named Master Zuo at Wangjiaba, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing, and entered the motorcycle industry;
◎ November 1992- February 1995,established Chongqing Zonsen Motorcycle Technology Development Co., Ltd., and served as General Manager;
◎ March 1995-October 1998,President of Chongqing Zonsen Motorcycle Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Zonsen Motorcycle Industrial Manufacture Co., Ltd.;
◎ November 1998- November 2003,President and CEO of Chongqing Zonsen Motorcycle Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. (the predecessor of Zonsen Group);
◎ December 2003 till now,Chairman of the Board and President of Zonsen Industrial Group Co., Ltd.
