After declaration, preliminary examination, evaluation, publicity and other links, Chongqing Banan District People's Hospital, Zonsen Industrial Group Ltd., Chongqing Polytechnic Qingyan Lingchuang Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Meiheng Pomelo Planting Co., Ltd. were selected as the first batch of Chongqing Banan District talent work demonstration units.

1. talent gathering scale

Zonsen's 13th Five-Year Plan makes it clear that Zonsen's development must revolve around the "model + capital + talent" model, with leading talent or core team, which is the core prerequisite for Zonsen's investment decision around the "Industry and Finance Network" project. At present, there are more than 10 doctoral degrees, accounting for about 12% of the total number of professional and technical personnel, and nearly 1000 existing technical R & D personnel, accounting for 8% of the total number of employees. Undergraduate and above research and development personnel account for nearly 80%, and research and development personnel under the age of 45 account for 85%. The highly educated and younger talent structure provides guarantee for Zonsen's continuous innovation.

Pay attention to the construction of internal platform, build a platform for talents to grow and display their talents, and create a good scientific research soil and innovation and entrepreneurship environment. In 2003, Zonsen Innovation Research Institute was approved by the Ministry of Personnel to set up a postdoctoral research workstation. In 2004, it was recognized as a national enterprise technology center. In 2005, the testing center was approved by the China National Accreditation Committee for Laboratories and entered the national laboratory list. In 2007, the State Intellectual Property Office set up the first batch of enterprise patent workstations in Zonsen Technology Center. In 2016, a new technology research and development building with a total area of 30000 square meters will be built, improving the hardware environment, won the title of "National Industrial Design Center. At the same time, it has a municipal chief skill master studio, which mainly focuses on skills training, technological innovation, project development, and quality research. It improves and enhances production organization capabilities from the principles of safety, high quality, low consumption and high efficiency in production practice.

Through the time-sharing knowledge economy model and the "technology partner" model, foreign experts from Italy, Austria, Canada, Belarus and other countries have been introduced to enrich the expert team of the Innovation Research Institute. So far, it has accumulated nearly 1,000 technical talents and has nearly 4200 patents, including nearly 200 invention patents. It has 121 valid invention patents, presided over and participated in the formulation and revision of 7 national standards, 14 industry standards, and published 55 papers last year.

Deepen the reform of the talent system and mechanism, continuously improve the mechanisms for talent introduction, cultivation, and management, and establish a short-, medium-and long-term and multi-level incentive mechanism that combines immediate incentives, project incentives, follow-up investment incentives, partner incentives, and equity incentives. The strategic plan of Zonsen Group attracts, stabilizes and effectively motivates core talents, and creates a positive organizational atmosphere. At the same time, the establishment of an enterprise university with the core functions of "implementing strategic intentions, solving business problems, cultivating core talents, depositing organizational wisdom, and spreading corporate culture" is committed to building the Whampoa Military Academy of corporate ecology, improving the hierarchical and classified talent training system, and realizing the perfect transformation of Zonsen talents from new recruits, to excellent managers of enterprises, and then to outstanding leaders of the group, strive to create a good humanistic environment of respecting, loving, retaining and using talents.
