The country's first dynamic motorcycle industry logo analysis secondary node release
On the afternoon of August 27, at the 2nd Industrial Internet Summit Forum, Hu Mi Network, Zonsen Group and China Institute of Information and Communications signed a preliminary cooperation agreement to jointly build a secondary node project for identification analysis of the mobile and motorcycle industry, which is also the first secondary node project for identification analysis of the mobile and motorcycle industry in the country.
It is understood that the secondary node project of logo analysis in the mobile and motorcycle industry will focus on the small power and motorcycle industry and provide flexible logo code registration and logo analysis services for enterprises and users through the cloud technology platform, promote information sharing and information trading between the upstream and downstream of the supply chain and users, and be able to interface with the top nodes and enterprise nodes in the country.
At present, there are five top nodes in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing and Wuhan. Under the top nodes, the construction of industry/regional secondary node platforms for various industries is being accelerated. At present, the secondary node projects that have been built cover aerospace manufacturing, high-speed trains, food and medicine, communication equipment, home appliance manufacturing and other fields.
According to the tripartite agreement, Humi Network undertakes the construction and operation of secondary industry nodes for industrial Internet logo analysis, and is responsible for the operation, maintenance and application promotion of the platform. As a top-level node operation unit, China Information and Communication Institute provides guidance and consultation for secondary nodes, while Zonsen Group will open the production line application scenarios of more than 70 subsidiaries under its umbrella, and link more than 1000 upstream and downstream enterprises in the motorcycle industry chain to connect production data to the secondary node platform, realize the unique identification and analysis of people, machines and things. Hu Xianyuan, chairman of the company, said that at present, from the change of the macroeconomic environment to the implementation of the "National IV" emission standard, the motor industry is in a transition period, and the demand for flexible manufacturing and quality improvement is gradually increasing. Logo analysis will effectively solve the problem of anti-counterfeiting, realize the whole life cycle control, realize the demand of intelligent production, industry collaboration and efficient collaboration, reduce circulation links, and realize the transformation and upgrading of the industry.
At present, the technology of logo parsing has been deeply applied in many scenes of Zonsen Group. On the intelligent assembly line of the 101 plant located in Zonsen Engine Company, more than ten processes such as loading, assembly and storage can be automatically completed through the identification basis of one-dimensional code identification of parts, laser two-dimensional code identification of finished products, two-dimensional code identification of equipment, RFID, etc. At the same time, the data of the whole life cycle from research and development, quality inspection, assembly to factory use can be traced back, and anti-counterfeiting of finished products and accessories, equipment operation and maintenance can be realized, thus improve equipment reliability.
Hu Xianyuan introduced that RFID identification is used to identify the products currently produced, so as to call the corresponding processing procedures to realize flexible manufacturing. By identifying the one-dimensional and two-dimensional codes on the parts, the error prevention and error correction of tens of thousands of parts can be realized. The per capita efficiency of the intelligent production line after identification analysis and transformation has increased by 2.2 times. Automatic error correction and error prevention capability increased by 10.6 times; The operation automation rate increased by 10 times. The data collection and analysis points of process assembly quality increased by 10.8 times. The qualified rate of one-off production line increased by 2 percentage points.
Gong Shukai, CEO of Humi Network, said that the second-level node platform for identification analysis of the mobile and motorcycle industry built by Humi Network will be connected to the national-level identification analysis system by the end of this year. "In 2020, we will add 100000 new logo registrations, and then we will strive for an average daily resolution of 10,000 logos a day, so that every link in each industrial chain can realize information storage, availability and visualization."
