Zonsen Mofa Company Selected for Chongqing 2023 Manufacturing Digital Transformation Pilot Demonstration Project

On August 15, Chongqing Economic and Information Technology Commission announced the pilot demonstration project of Chongqing's digital transformation of manufacturing industry in 2023 (including 10 projects of innovative demonstration plants and 10 projects of 5G fully connected plants). In order to speed up the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry, Chongqing has selected a number of pilot demonstration projects for the integrated development of new generation information technology and manufacturing industry around key industries, key enterprises and key industrial chains, and explored the formation of new models and formats that can be replicated and promoted through pilot projects and demonstration guidance, so as to continuously improve the digital and intelligent development level of the manufacturing industry. According to the application and evaluation acceptance criteria, the pilot demonstration project must meet a series of factor conditions, among which, the comprehensive performance requirements of the innovation demonstration factory are: after the completion of the project, the overall operating cost is reduced by more than 15%, the production efficiency is increased by more than 10%, the product research and development cycle is reduced by more than 10%, the product defect rate is reduced by more than 10%, and the carbon emission is reduced by more than 8% (the above indicators must meet at least 3), and meet the specific assessment indicators of the selected scene.
Innovation demonstration factories shall be subsidized at 10% of the total investment, with the upper limit not exceeding 10 million yuan. 5G fully connected factories will be subsidized at 10% of the total investment, with a ceiling of no more than 5 million yuan.
