This is the second methodology training conference for the whole group on the basis of the "Cognition-Strategy-Action Methodology" publicity conference held on September 14 last year. All the staff of the group headquarters, all the middle and senior management personnel of the group's secondary management and control platform in Chongqing (zong dong, locomotive, kumi, number citation) and subsidiaries, all the staff of the group's direct management company, and all the staff of the group's strategic (investment) system and corporate culture system attended the conference. The meeting was presided over by Li Yao, executive vice president of the group.

Zonsen, Chairman of the Group's Board of Directors, spoke first. He pointed out that the core of cognition is the thinking mode; the gap between people is the essence of the thinking mode. This advanced training conference was delivered by Wang Yao, Director of Strategic Investment of the Group. Director Wang Yao's training topic is "To the vast and subtle-Advanced Understanding of" Cognition-Strategy-Action Methodology ". The training content focuses on" What kind of management is Zonsen practicing? What kind of education is Zonsen doing? What kind of culture is Zonsen building? As far as management is concerned, Director Wang Yao believes that Zonsen has his own unique cognition and practice of enterprise management, which is reflected in four aspects: management is decision-making, decision-making depends on meetings, scheme review is management promotion, and vertical management is decision-making authority. This can also be boiled down to one sentence-management is decision-making, decision-making is based on the program, and Zonsen's decision-making (management) process is the process of reviewing the program!

Accordingly, the "cognition-strategy-action" methodology is essentially Zonsen's program design methodology and program review methodology, Zonsen's decision-making methodology and management methodology, and Zonsen's management DNA. However, after nearly a year of operation, Zonsen management cadres at all levels still have many problems in the process of understanding and practicing methodology. The root of this lies in the lack of a logical and systematic understanding of the "cognition-strategy-action" methodology!

From this, Director Wang Yao turned to the second part of the training, pointing out that Zonsen, through the implementation of this methodology, essentially educates everyone in the mode of thinking, especially the education of "logical thinking" and "systematic thinking.

Director Wang Yao quoted the famous economist Zhang Wuchang's point of view that what is more important than knowledge is the mode of thinking, and what is more important than the education of knowledge is the education of the mode of thinking. However, today's schools do not carry out the education of thinking mode, and ordinary people basically rely on the subconscious mind to think, and such subconscious thinking is the root cause of many problems in our life. Zonsen therefore wants to educate everyone on the mode of thinking, which will be more valuable corporate education than university education.

Zonsen begins with the education of logical thinking, because logic is the most basic method of designing and evaluating schemes. The core of logical thinking is the three topics of concept, judgment and reasoning. The concept must be clear, the judgment must be correct, and the reasoning must be accurate. Director Wang Yao also stressed that Zonsen's logic education is mainly for managers. In the education of logic, "it is more important to educate cadres than to educate the masses"

Zonsen also educates systematic thinking. Systematic thinking also includes three topics. One is to look at the overall situation, which includes looking at the big picture and looking at it from a distance. The second is to make a structure and decompose a system into many subsystems for analysis. This is not only a very important method for us to do system analysis (cognitive world), but also a very important method for us to do system design (problem solving). The third is to focus on the key points, because focusing on the key points is not only an important way to find problems, but also an important way to solve problems. Especially from a strategic point of view, the focus is on breaking points.

At the same time, it is not enough to learn thinking mode just "thinking" or "knowing". These thinking modes must be implemented in action, in all scheme design, strategic implementation and enterprise reform practice, and must be summarized and improved in action to achieve the true unity of knowledge and practice.

Director Wang Yao pointed out in particular that the two modes of thinking, logical and systematic, are not contradictory, and they can be combined. The combination of the two is the complete meaning of "to the vast and subtle. From this, Director Wang Yao transferred to the third part of the training, which is to make a systematic interpretation of the brand-new Zonsen culture of "being broad and subtle" put forward by the group at last year's annual strategic reflection meeting.

"To be broad and subtle" is to emphasize that an enterprise must not only look at the overall situation, but also sink. It is necessary to continuously explore new opportunities in the industry, but also to build a prosperous ecology with more refined services and farming.

"to be broad and subtle" emphasizes that a person should not only be like a hedgehog, focus on one thing and understand it very thoroughly, but also be as knowledgeable as a fox and be able to look at problems from a cross-border perspective, thus forming a new method.

As far as the mode of thinking is concerned, the majority is systematic thinking, and the subtle is logical thinking. "To be broad and subtle" is to combine these two modes of thinking to achieve "deep and extensive". The difference between a master and a low hand is mainly that the former is deep and extensive, while the latter is superficial and narrow.
