Zonsen Group Testing Center Passing CNAS Expert Group Remote Re-evaluation and Extension Review

The testing center conducted a three-day "review, expansion, review, and change review". In the end, the Zonsen Group testing center successfully passed the review, marking a new level of laboratory qualification.
In order to cooperate with the prevention and control of the epidemic, the original CNAS laboratory on-site re-evaluation of the expansion of the change review, after obtaining the approval of the China National Accreditation Committee for Conformity Assessment, changed to the remote on-site review mode. In order to ensure the smooth development of this review, the Group's testing center organized several coordination meetings with relevant responsible personnel of the engine laboratory, general machinery laboratory and aviation development laboratory, and relevant departments prepared a large number of electronic documents, reports and records in advance. During the review, the testing center will designate a special person to interface with the review experts. The site will communicate remotely through telephone, WeChat, video and other means by inspecting the laboratory, consulting archives, tracking on-site tests, and asking questions from personnel. The electronic documents and video materials required by the experts will be provided in a timely manner to enrich the review basis and ensure the orderly development of the review work. After three days of intense review, the expert group conducted a comprehensive review of the management system and testing technical capabilities of the testing center, and fully affirmed the work of the testing center. This round of review was successfully passed. So far, the laboratory has been involved in a total of 26 items and 136 items, including motorcycle and moped testing, motorcycle and moped engine testing, general gasoline engine testing, aviation piston engine testing, new energy electric vehicles and parts testing, of which 3 items for expansion and 7 items for changes have been approved.
The smooth passing of the expansion and change review is a comprehensive inspection and recognition of the operation of the ISO/IEC 17020/17025 management system of the testing center, and it is also to standardize the testing behavior, improve the quality management level and enhance the market competitiveness. It has played a positive role in promoting.
