President Zuo Zonsen first expressed his heartfelt thanks to the Ministry of Commerce for its concern and support for the work of the Chamber of Commerce and the development of the industry, and reported on the recent work of the Chamber of Commerce, especially the opportunities and development of the new Chamber of Commerce under the new situation after the integration of the two sessions. Secretary-General Zhang Hongbo reported on the current situation of China's motorcycle industry and related issues of concern to enterprises.

During the talks, Director Li Xingqian introduced the current foreign trade situation and the related work to be carried out to support foreign trade and stabilize growth. He said that the motorcycle industry, as one of the 25 industries that the Ministry of Commerce focuses on, hopes that the industry will make full use of the relevant policies of the national motorcycle export transformation and upgrading base, and the Chamber of Commerce will cooperate with all parties to do a good job in the relevant work of the base to promote the development of the industry.

Director Yu Benlin introduced the previous negotiations on the RCEP agreement and the recent work carried out. He expressed his gratitude to the Chamber of Commerce for actively reflecting industry issues and supporting the negotiation work of the International Division over the years. He also said that the Ministry of Commerce needs to know more about the industry in multilateral and bilateral economic and trade negotiations with other countries. In view of the RCEP agreement, it is hoped that the motorcycle industry can seriously study, understand the changes that have taken place after the implementation of the relevant agreements, cooperate with and support the publicity and implementation of the industry, seize opportunities and prevent risks, so as to make the import and export of motorcycle products more healthy and sustainable development.

President Zuo Zonsen said that nearly half of China's motorcycle industry products are exported overseas, and the circulation field, especially foreign trade, is the most important work of our industry at present and in the future. I hope that the Ministry of Commerce will continue to strengthen guidance and assistance to the industry in promoting foreign trade, maintaining growth, improving the business environment of motorcycles, promoting consumption, and motorcycle import and export tariffs.

In order to express their long-term concern and support for the work of the Chinese motorcycle industry and the Chamber of Commerce, President Zuo Zonsen presented a pennant to the Foreign Trade Department and the International Department on behalf of the China Motorcycle Chamber of Commerce.
