Mr. Zuo Zonsen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Group, and Mrs. Yuan Dexiu attended in person. The head of the First Office of the Sixth Center of the Group Headquarters, Zonsen Power, Zonsen Locomotive, Zonsen New Energy, Humi Industrial Internet, Jiangsu Zonsen5 Platform and the general manager of its subordinate companies, and the first head of the Group's direct management company, a total of 64 signing units participated in the signing ceremony. The signing ceremony was presided over by Chen Gang, vice president of the group.

A year's plan lies in spring. At the board meeting on the first day of work after the long Spring Festival holiday in 2021, Chairman Zuo Zonsen gave instructions on the setting of the group's performance target framework this year, personally conceived and designed a brand-new performance target evaluation model, and arranged, planned and guided according to the actual situation of different types of companies. Under the lead organization of the Group's Operation Management Center, after the preparation, revision, meeting and approval of each company's close gongs and drums, 64 target responsible units have all finalized the 2021 performance target book.
 
With 64 heavy performance target books, each unit has made scientific plans, formulated detailed action plans and put forward specific implementation measures for the work in 2021. The annual performance target has a responsible person, a time node, coordination matters, and safeguard measures. It is detailed and feasible. It reflects the good work style and strong execution of each unit. It is the result of 64 teams sinking down to think. It is a response to the group's strategic planning and a solemn commitment to the group's board of directors.

At the signing ceremony, the general managers of each platform company signed performance targets with their subordinate units respectively. Mr. Hu xianyuan, executive president of the group, signed performance targets with Zonsen locomotive platform, Zonsen new energy platform, Jiangsu Zonsen platform and group direct management company respectively. Mr. Zuo Zonsen, chairman of the group's board of directors, signed performance targets with Zonsen power platform, humi industrial internet platform, functional centers of headquarters, executive president and executive vice president.
 
When signing the contract, it was the beginning of a year of struggle. Facing the tasks and goals of 2021, the signing leaders expressed their confidence and determination that the mission must be achieved.
