Zonsen fuel cell system equipped with motorcycle successfully completed internal testing

As one of the effective ways to solve the energy and environmental problems in China, hydrogen fuel cell has attracted much attention due to its huge application potential and advantages. Zonsen has actively laid out the hydrogen energy industry and has built diversified application scenarios in hydrogen fuel cells and their application fields according to the new energy strategic plan.
The fuel cell system independently developed by Zonsen Hydrogen Energy, a subsidiary of Zonsen Power, has the advantages of "zero emissions, strong power and long endurance. A few days ago, Zonsen Hydrogen Energy Company cooperated with Zonsen Locomotive Company. The fuel cell system was equipped with motorcycles. After the whole vehicle was adjusted, the "double 100" effect was achieved in internal tests, I .e. 100 kilometers per hour and 100 kilometers of endurance (under 35MPa). It only takes 2-3 minutes to fill the whole vehicle with hydrogen, and the maximum endurance of the whole vehicle can be close to 150 kilometers, which can meet the needs of all-weather use. At the same time, through the on-board hydrogen supply system high temperature protection, overvoltage protection, low pressure alarm, leak detection and other safety design, the safety of the vehicle hydrogen system is strictly guaranteed.
Since March 2020, Zonsen Hydrogen Energy Company has provided air-cooled fuel cell system products for the fuel cell motorcycle project, and actively cooperated with the electric motorcycle research and development department of Zonsen Locomotive Company to jointly complete engineering application services such as vehicle general layout, power system configuration, vehicle integration, loading and debugging, testing and testing. At the same time, through cooperation with Chongqing University, Chongqing University of Technology and other units, the company has accumulated advanced technology and accumulated rich experience in control and energy management strategies.
According to the established plan, the fuel cell motorcycle project will continue to carry out post-testing and optimization. Looking to the future, Zonsen will work with more like-minded partners to deepen cooperation in the field of hydrogen energy, jointly promote the large-scale development of fuel cells in different application scenarios, and contribute to China's green and sustainable development!
