Liu Yong, who joined the company in 2007, has grown from an ordinary worker to an engineer. He has been diligent and conscientious in ordinary jobs for ten years. He focuses on technology, in mold development, through independent research and development process, improve mold accuracy and life, shorten the development cycle, of which independent development of mold accounted for more than 70% of the company's total demand, for the company's product quality improvement and outsourcing cost savings to make a great contribution. In terms of technology research and development, he has successfully carried out 16 technological reforms and innovations. The equipment and devices manufactured by himself have saved the company more than hundreds of thousands of yuan, greatly improving the company's product quality and production efficiency.

In new industries and new fields, he took the lead in overcoming difficulties. In 2016, he transferred to Aviation Development Company as an aero-engine parts sample engineer. He personally developed and completed the trial production of parts samples for more than 10 projects such as C115 project and propeller project, breaking through the technical bottleneck of aero-piston engine and boosting the successful transformation of the enterprise. In the same year, as a technology leader, he set up "Liu Yong Labor Model Innovation Studio". With the purpose of tackling key technical problems, innovative research and development, and inheriting skills, he built a training and practice platform for young employees, overcome difficulties and blazed new trails for the enterprise. He successively recruited more than 60 members to boost the technological development of the enterprise and realize the inheritance of skills. He also vigorously carried forward Zonsen's unique "teacher leading apprentice" culture, recognized by municipal leaders, it was awarded the "Chongqing Liuyong Labor Model Innovation Studio" by the Chongqing Federation of Trade Unions in 2019 ".
