On September 5-6, 2020, the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) sent a four-member expert group to conduct a two-day on-site evaluation of the CNAS qualification of the National Accreditation Laboratory of Zonsen Group Testing Center in accordance with the requirements of the CNAS-CL01:2018 Accreditation Guidelines for Testing and Calibration Laboratories and some application instructions.

The daily management and maintenance of this qualification is the responsibility of the Technical Research and Development Department of Zonsen Locomotive Company. Before this review, the testing center has done a lot of detailed preparation work: first, the management system documents have been changed as a whole according to the requirements of the new version of the accreditation standards, and corresponding ability verification activities have been carried out on the expansion and change standards; After that, a comprehensive internal review and management review are carried out on management elements and technical elements including personnel, environment, equipment, standards, result reports, etc.

After two days of strict and careful review by experts, the review team agreed that: the laboratory management level and technical level have been greatly improved than before, and the testing center meets the requirements of the accreditation standards in terms of management system, quality assurance, and technical capabilities. The on-site review passed smoothly.

The testing center has originally obtained CNAS qualification, covering motorcycle, engine and its parts testing, general gasoline engine and aviation engine testing (142 items in total). According to the group's "oil to electricity" strategic plan, in addition to some standard changes (9 items), this re-evaluation also applies for the expansion of new energy vehicles and "three electricity" components (32 items) and general machinery (2 items), involving units other than the technology research and development department of the locomotive company, it also includes Zonsen New Energy Company, Zonsen Power Technology Research Department, Zonsen Engine Company Application Engineering Department, Zonsen General Machinery Company Test Center and Zonsen Aviation Development Company Test Section.

Zonsen Group Testing Center was established in 2004. In 2005, the testing center established a management system according to ISO/IEC17025 "Accreditation Guidelines for Testing and Calibration Laboratories" and passed the accreditation of CNAS testing laboratories. The Group's testing center has been in effective operation for 15 years, during which it has received more than 10 on-site re-reviews or supervisory reviews organized by the Accreditation Committee, all of which have passed smoothly.
