Zonsen Group Party Committee, founded in July 1999, now has two sub-party committees, one directly under the general party branch, 23 grass-roots party branches (including 17 directly under the party branch and 6 territorial management party branches), and 712 management party members, of which 70% are party members with college education or above, 28% are party members with middle and high-level management sequence in enterprises, 36% are party members aged 35 and below, and the average party age of party members is 11 years, party members account for about 6% of enterprise employees.
Since its establishment, the party committee of the group has always adhered to the working concept of "doing party building like a product", actively explored a new mode of non-public party building under the modern enterprise system, and promoted the integration, systematization and standardization of Zonsen party building. The party building work method of "three students, three modernizations and three synchros" has creatively realized the effective integration of party building work with boosting enterprise development, creating talent team and leading corporate culture, out of a unique road of integration and development of party and enterprise. Successively won the "Chongqing Advanced Grassroots Party Organization" and "National Non-public Enterprise Double Top 100 Party Organization", "National Advanced Grassroots Party Organization"; led the group organization to create the "National May 1st Labor Award" and "National Model" "Home of Workers", "National Worker Pioneer", "National Trade Union System Advanced Collective", "National May 4th Red Flag League Branch", "National May 4th Red Flag League Committee" and many awards. It is the national non-public enterprise party building research and practice base, the third batch of municipal cadre training on-site teaching base in Chongqing jointly named by the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee Organization Department, the Municipal Party School, and the Municipal School of Administration, and the first in the country to pass the ISO9001:2015 version of the party building quality management system Certified private enterprise party organization. On the 100 anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, it was awarded the title of "National Advanced Primary Party Organization" by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, which truly realized the party building work and promoted the high-quality development of enterprises.
