On December 21, several production lines were neatly arranged in the workshop of Yu'an shock absorber factory. Each line is divided into several sections. Workers take off the accessories from the conveyor belt and assemble them on the machine tools of their respective sections. After that, they put them into the conveyor belt and hand them over to the next section for assembly in the next link. What comes out from the end of the conveyor belt is the finished product. Then the workers wrap the plastic film and pack the box to complete the production.
Unlike ordinary factories, there are no porters here. Instead, there are unmanned cars. These driverless cars automatically load goods in the warehouse, then drive along the route delineated on the ground to the logistics stacking point of the production line, and then automatically unload.
According to the person in charge of Kumi technology, the logistics trolley is equipped with a 5G signal receiver. It is not people who send the signal, but a large background database. However, according to common sense, the production line may be "Caton" for various reasons ". For example, the quality of a part is unqualified and needs to be replaced, or a worker damages a part due to improper assembly, which requires a new increase in the number of parts. How does the background know about this?
The answer, hidden in the ubiquitous sensing devices in the factory. According to the person in charge of Humi technology, they have installed hundreds of edge computing devices and data mining gateways in this factory, which is equivalent to sending hundreds of people to the workshop, and each "person" is closely watching all aspects of production. Link, the first time to "see" and "hear" all kinds of information to the background.
Every minute, tens of thousands of information are being transmitted, some of which record the normal production process, and some of which are errors or even accident reactions. How to distinguish the latter? Don't worry, it will know at a glance by virtue of its "golden eyes"-according to the continuous optimization algorithm, the large background database can compare the data of different periods, so as to identify which is normal and which is not.
"Everything in the whole factory is 'managed' by the platform, and every link and every piece of equipment is under the control of the platform. After synthesizing this information, the data platform will 'use its brains' and issue instructions to the corresponding links of production scheduling. Directing the logistics trolley to take which parts and how much to take is just one of the simplest functions." The technical director said.
