宗申集团党委成立于1999年，现下辖3个分党委、1个党总支和1个三级党委，37个基层党支部，管理中共党员1083名，因地因域实现了管理全覆盖。集团党委坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，秉承“像做产品一样做党建”的工作理念，积极探索现代企业制度下党建工作有效途径，创新实施党建战略规划，创新建立党建目标管理体系，将党建责任分解到车间、细化到岗位、落实到人头，形成上下衔接统一的党建工作闭环落实机制；探索智慧党建，大力推进宗申党建“集成管控平台”和“数字化工作平台”建设，持续强化党建数据抓取能力、统计分析能力和信息展示能力，有效提升抓党建促发展的质效，切实把党的政治优势、组织优势转化为企业发展优势，以高质量党建助推企业高质量发展收到良好效益。

集团党委先后荣获“重庆市先进基层党组织”和“全国非公有制企业双强百佳党组织”荣誉称号，2021年7月，被中共中央授予“全国先进基层党组织”，是重庆市唯一获此殊荣的民营企业党组织；通过党建带群建，先后获得“全国五一劳动奖状”“全国模范职工之家”“全国工会系统先进集体”“全国五四红旗团委”等群团组织殊荣。

创始人简介

左宗申

企业创始人左宗申先生，生于1952年8月8日，汉族，籍贯上海。

社会职务

◎ 左宗申先生是第十一届、第十二届全国政协委员，曾任全国工商联常委和重庆市工商联副主席。

◎ 现任中国摩托车商会会长、中国工业互联网产业联盟重庆分盟理事长，重庆市人大代表、重庆市人民政府参事。

◎ 2018年11月1日，习近平总书记在中南海主持召开全国民营企业座谈会，左宗申先生作为重庆民营企业唯一代表参会。

工作经历

◎ 1969年6月—1975年4月，在重庆江津市（原四川江津县）德感乡光明村三社当知青；

◎ 1975年5月-1979年4月，在重庆市瓷厂（国营企业）当工人；

◎ 1982年11月-1992年10月，在重庆市九龙坡区王家坝正式开设摩托车修理铺，人称“左师傅”，进入摩托车行业；

◎ 1992年11月-1995年2月，以自己的名字命名企业和产品，正式创建“重庆宗申摩托车科技开发有限公司”，出任总经理；

◎ 1995年3月-1998年10月，任重庆宗申摩托车科技开发有限公司董事长和重庆宗申机车工业制造有限公司董事长；

◎ 1998年11月-2003年11月，任重庆宗申摩托车科技集团有限公司（宗申集团的前身）董事长兼总裁；

◎ 2003年12月至今，任宗申产业集团有限公司（简称“宗申集团”）董事局主席兼总裁。

Zuo Zongshen opened a motorcycle repair shop and began his entrepreneurial journey.

1992

On November 18, 1992

Chongqing Zonsen Motorcycle Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 500000 yuan.

1994

Zonsen Company was awarded the title of "Excellent Private Enterprise" by the Sichuan Provincial Government.

In 1995

Zonsen Company was rated as one of the "500 largest private enterprises in China" by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce and the China Enterprise Evaluation Association.

The first completed locomotive of Zonsen Locomotive Company was rolled off the assembly line.

On December 20, 2006

The Second National Commendation Conference for Outstanding Builders of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics was held in Beijing. Mr. Zuo Zongshen, as one of the three award-winning representatives from Chongqing, went to Beijing to receive the award.

Zonsen was selected for the 2006 annual report by the Ministry of Commerce“The most competitive brand in the market“ name list.

Zuo Zongshen became a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and attended the first meeting of the 11th National Committee of the CPPCC.
